Senior Account Manager

Rhino + Jetty is making housing more affordable and accessible for millions of renters every year with the industry’s leading security deposit platform. Founded in 2017, we pioneered security deposit insurance, allowing renters to replace costly upfront deposits with a low-cost insurance policy while ensuring property owners are protected.

In 2024, Rhino + Jetty expanded its platform with end-to-end deposit management, streamlining how security deposits and insurance solutions are administered. Today, our comprehensive suite of products – including security deposit insurance, cash security deposit management, lease guarantees, renters insurance, and loss of employment insurance – continues to transform the renting experience, making moving easier, more affordable, and more transparent for all.

As a Senior Account Manager at Rhino+Jetty, you’ll join a team that is transforming the future of renting. You will play a critical role in managing multifamily partners’ relationships by continually discovering and providing value for our partners’ success.

In this role, you will:

Partner Relationship Management & Growth

  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from initial onboarding.
  • Continuously engage with partners to identify and implement strategies for successful growth and expansion with Rhino, consistently providing added value.
  • Act as a strong advocate for partners, nurturing and strengthening their relationship with Rhino+Jetty.
  • Grow the Rhino+Jetty footprint with each partner through expansion and adoption of products.

Partner Enablement & Support

  • Conduct virtual platform training and live product demonstrations for partners.
  • Provide comprehensive support by addressing platform functionality queries.
  • Create and enhance training materials and documentation to highlight new product features and educational resources.
  • Drive partner adoption by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the achievement of success metrics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, taking full ownership of the partner experience.
  • Execute partner support tasks, including user management and report generation.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the collection of client feedback and the definition of best practices and processes.
  • Share valuable client insights with relevant internal teams to improve the overall partner experience and maximize value across their portfolio.
  • Meet and exceed partner success metrics related to adoption, portfolio penetration, and growth.
We’re ideally seeking:
  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships, ideally at a start-up or real estate company
  • 2+ years experience in a sales role
  • Superb writing and communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a team player
  • A burning desire to win and reach overall company goals
  • Flexibility - we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected
  • Experience in the multi family industry is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (this role also earns commission).

Jetty + Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other teammates.

Base salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Jetty + Rhino. In connection with this position, we also offer:
