The Role
Support cross-functional revenue growth initiatives. Develop BD analytics, manage pipeline health, and streamline CRM, reporting, and campaign execution. Partner closely with finance, strategy, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the infrastructure that powers Mach’s business development and revenue forecasting processes.
Monitor and report on BD pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign performance across government and commercial tracks.
Manage the company’s CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, usage compliance, and process optimization.
Generate recurring and ad hoc dashboards and reports for executive decision-making, investor reporting, and internal forecasting.
Collaborate closely with BD, finance, engineering, and strategy teams to streamline workflows, align reporting, and support program capture activities.
Own data governance and pipeline attribution across SBIR, OTA, IDIQ, and FMS channels.
Support end-to-end go-to-market execution with tools that track engagement from initial contact through signed agreement and delivery.
Analyze KPIs across the deal lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion and cycle times.
Assist in the development of forecasting tools and revenue models used for internal planning and capital raises.
Help drive team-wide adoption of RevOps best practices by developing SOPs, training guides, and automations.
Basic Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or strategy roles.
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Background in aerospace/defense BD or startup RevOps a plus.
Strong Oral and written communication skill

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations.
