Mach Industries is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual narratives for our next-generation autonomous defense platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and communicating our mission through innovative, high-impact designs across digital, web, print, and motion formats. Your work will bring clarity and excitement to complex technologies, ensuring our brand resonates with stakeholders, partners, and the public in the rapidly evolving defense landscape.

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create visually stunning and purposeful designs that amplify our vision, enhance user experiences, and elevate our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine a cohesive, forward-thinking brand system that reflects Mach Industries’ mission and values.
Design engaging presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that distill complex technical concepts into clear, impactful visuals.
Create intuitive and visually appealing web layouts, digital interfaces, and user experiences that enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, business development, and industrial design teams to align visual storytelling with strategic objectives.
Translate technical innovations in autonomous systems, AI/ML, and defense platforms into compelling, story-driven graphics.
(Optional) Produce motion graphics, animations, or video content to bring dynamic storytelling to life.
Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and industry standards.
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into our visual identity.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand identity, web design, or visual storytelling.
Strong portfolio showcasing clean, original designs across digital, print, and web formats, with an emphasis on layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
Ability to balance big-picture creative vision with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for technology, defense, or aerospace industries.
Familiarity with designing for technical audiences, translating complex ideas into accessible visuals.
Expertise in motion graphics, animation, or video production for dynamic storytelling.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience designing user-centered digital experiences.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Competitive Compensation Package
The salary range for this position is an estimate based on a variety of compensation factors, including experience, skills, and business considerations. The actual salary offered may vary. In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may receive equity grants, which are considered part of Mach Industries’ total compensation package.
