The head of the build org will be responsible for ensuring that all operations of the company are occurring smoothly and that our team, practices and cultures will scale in such a way to create a generational company. You will be in charge of all ops, HR, recruiting, culture, comms, IT and design. A hybrid role of head of operations and head of growth, your job is to be the cultural glue of the company making sure all of the trains run on time.
Interfacing heavily with legal, finance, engineering, manufacturing, and government relations, you will learn to know the inner workings of the entire company and be responsible for creating frameworks and practices that best support the success of our mission.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Mach’s total compensation package.
