Mach is seeking an individual responsible for managing all aspects of shipping and receiving in our 110,000 sqft. manufacturing facility. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming materials and products, verifying quantities and quality, recording discrepancies and defects, coordinating the storage of received goods in appropriate locations, and maintaining inventory accuracy and accessibility.

• Prepare products for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and scheduling pickups with transportation providers.

• Coordinate returns of defective or unsatisfactory products to suppliers.

• Communicate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal departments to resolve any issues related to shipping and receiving.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, with appropriate certification.

• ERP experience (Net Suite is a plus).

• Experience shipping batteries and dealing with Jet Fuel, LiPo batteries is a plus.

• Hazmat experience is a plus.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations.
