Role Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating next-generation weapons, drones, and other military technologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to the electrical design, development, and testing of sophisticated defense systems. Key Responsibilities:
PCB Design and Analysis: Develop and analyze printed circuit boards for guidance systems, communication systems, and power distribution.
Harnessing
Develop the electro-mechanical design for wire harnesses on our drone aircraft.Documentation
Create detailed design drawings and schematics for electrical equipment.Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly construct prototypes using breadboards and off-the-shelf equipment. Test and evaluate prototypes to verify design integrity and performance specifications.
Embedded Systems: Work closely with software engineers to integrate embedded systems into defense products like weapons and drones.
Collaboration: Partner with mechanical engineers, systems engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into the overall design.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality checks to ensure that products meet safety and reliability standards, as well as military requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical engineering activities adhere to industry and defense regulations, including safety and export control.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in electrical engineering, preferably in defense or aerospace.
Proficiency in electrical design software such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
Experience in embedded systems programming.
Strong understanding of power systems, analog/digital electronics, and circuit design.
Strong performance in PCB Design, Schematic design, PCB layout, and Breadboards
Preferred Qualifications:
Security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Experience in RF engineering.
Familiarity with MIL-STD and other defense industry standards.
Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and testing.
Ideal Candidate:
A highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a focus on innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will excel in circuit design, embedded systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in the defense industry, particularly with weapons systems and drones, is highly advantageous.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations.
