We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

The Revenue Enablement team at Komodo Health drives productivity and effectiveness across our go-to-market (GTM) functions. We develop tools, content, and training programs to improve seller performance and readiness. By working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations, we equip our field teams with the resources and processes to accelerate time to value and improve customer engagement.

We’re seeking a dedicated Revenue Enablement Specialist who will serve as the system owner and administrator for Highspot, our sales enablement platform. This role is mission-critical to centralizing and optimizing content, workflows, and training for GTM teams. As the Highspot subject matter expert, you’ll partner across the business to ensure our sales, customer success, and marketing teams have the right resources at the right time, delivered through a seamless and scalable user experience.

You will directly influence sales productivity and engagement by managing and improving how content, training, and communications are organized and delivered through Highspot. You’ll have an opportunity to build and scale Highspot usage, while shaping how enablement content and processes contribute to revenue goals. Our ideal candidate doesn’t just keep up with AI trends — they’re already applying them!

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

  • Successfully architected Highspot’s structure to align with Komodo's sales stages, roles, and go-to-market motions.
  • Defined, documented and launched governance processes for content lifecycle management and user permissions.
  • Built, in partnership with RevOps and the Enterprise Solutions & Operations team, the Highspot and Salesforce integration, to ensure tight alignment between enablement content, usage, and business impact.
  • Built out usage dashboards and insights in partnership with RevOps to measure platform adoption and enablement impact.
  • Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to deploy new Spots, SmartPages, and sales plays aligned to strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Enabled all new sellers and AMs with onboarding journeys delivered via Highspot, with tracked completion and certification metrics.
  • Developed and executed a full change management program successfully transitioning field teams from one system to Highspot.

The essential job duties for this role are…

  • Serve as the global administrator and subject matter expert for Highspot, maintaining overall platform health, permissions, integrations, and configurations.
  • Manage content organization, taxonomy, and tagging to ensure easy access and relevance for GTM teams.
  • Partner with Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to curate and publish Spotlights, SmartPages, and training modules.
  • Create and maintain, in collaboration with our Onboarding team, scalable onboarding and continuous learning pathways within Highspot for Sales, Retention, and Support teams.
  • Monitor usage analytics and engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Own user provisioning, access controls, and field requests for support or enablement related to Highspot.
  • Champion platform adoption through regular enablement training, office hours, documentation, feedback loops, and engagement campaigns.
  • Liaise with Highspot Customer Success for feature releases, roadmap updates, and best practice implementation.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales/CS Operations in a SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years of direct experience administering Highspot, including platform configuration, SmartPage creation, governance, and user support.

  • Strong understanding of sales workflows, enablement content strategy, and GTM motions (e.g., MEDDICC, customer lifecycle).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a strong focus on user experience and adoption.
  • Ability to gather requirements, translate them into scalable processes, and manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Nav, Boost Up plus other GTM technologies; familiarity with LMS or learning platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting enablement platform metrics and generating reports to track impact.
