The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

Our team at Komodo Health focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to transform healthcare. We collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide actionable intelligence that drives decision-making and improves patient outcomes.

The role of the Marketing Operations, CRM Specialist will act as a Marketing Systems Administrator and exists to maintain and optimize the integration between marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM. This individual will play a crucial part in ensuring data integrity, driving marketing effectiveness, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving their objectives.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…

  • Enhance and maintain integration between marketing automation (Hubspot) and other solutions, including Salesforce CRM.
  • Improve database health by ensuring data cleanliness and hygiene across marketing platforms and Salesforce.
  • Optimize marketing data strategy to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Streamline lead scoring and grading processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing platform performance.

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…

  • Maintaining and optimizing integration between marketing automation and key tools, including Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensuring data cleanliness and integrity across marketing platforms and Salesforce.
  • Analyzing and reporting on marketing data strategy effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with sales to manage lead scoring and grading processes.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Providing day-to-day support to marketing, sales, and operations departments.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Previous exposure to Hubspot in an administrator role, ideally with relevant certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with B2B marketing programs and lead qualification processes.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing.
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing Salesforce and Hubspot connectors.
  • Understanding of best practices for administering ecosystem.

Additional skills and experience we’ll prioritize…

  • Experience with APIs and data connectors.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Compensation at Komodo Health

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of pay that we reasonably expect to pay across all U.S. locations and may span more than one career level. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.

The U.S. national starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan.
$100,000$148,000 USD

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
